Here’s the short version of how I identify myself in a paragraph:

I am known as a Creativity Curator + Champion, and a Possibility Partner for visionary women who are consciously creating their lives and transforming the lives of the people they serve. I founded Wise Well Women in 2007, a company committed to the empowerment of all women. It’s my deepest desire to be a beacon of light on the revolutionary journey to define, discover and create joyful living, and to support you to redefine success on your terms.

Snippets About Me:

I am an ex-hospitality pro, turned creativity coach for business and life. I am proud to claim myself as a “recovering stress junkie”. Yes, I had a 6-figure career that I gave up so I could play more! And yes, I was crazy! [And it is soooooo worth it.]

I am a socially conscious entrepreneur, passionate about creativity & empowering women one baby step at a time!

A few things that have changed my life for the better:

  • Discovering Leo Buscaglia as a young adult
  • Surviving and growing stronger through crisis [Yes, it’s a made-for-TV kind of story I rarely tell anymore because it’s not how I choose to identify myself.]
  • Reading everything by Melody Beattie
  • Learning to be grateful for my ex
  • Loving my amazing daughter
  • Remembering how vital the sound and smell of the ocean is to my psyche
  • Re-discovering my intuition
  • Discovering creative reuse centers
  • Reigniting my creative spark and claiming my creative super-powers!
  • Learning, growing + certifying with the Creativity Coaching Association
  • Finding and nurturing incredible women friendships
  • Discovering Julia Cameron and The Artist’s Way
  • Honoring my family support
  • Growing “old” with a man I love beyond words
  • Finding grace in The Serenity Prayer

And last, but not least, I am forever transformed by the personal growth work that evolved into my “start here” program –  my self-care toolkit, “The 12 Baby Steps Foundation Formula for Creating more Clarity, Serenity and Success”.

10+ years since it’s “birth”, it continues to bring me great joy to share this simple, life-changing process. [You can access the entire toolkit here, for free! No obligation or strings attached.
